This page informs you of the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Cookies are small amounts of data, which may include a unique anonymous identifier. They are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer’s hard drive. This website does not use cookies for any purposes and does not collect any other personal information. Instead, visitor analytics are collected using the privacy-focused service Plausible.

This website aims to minimise tracking users. For that reason, no social media code used for surveillance and monetisation is embedded, such as that from Facebook and Twitter. The only tracking code used is for visitor analytics, as described in the previous section. It would otherwise be hard to maintain a website without any knowledge about the audience.

The Sci-Fi Agenda offers a newsletter containing, for example, recommendations and editorial content. The website will always ask you to opt-in to the newsletter by providing your email, which you are asked to confirm in a follow-up email. The website will under no circumstances offer your email to any third party. A link to unsubscribe from the newsletter is provided with every email sent to you.

No information sent over the Internet can be 100% secure. However, the website does go to length to protect your data against loss, disclosure, unauthorized access, or any other misuse.

This policy is effective as of July 4, 2023. It will remain in effect except for changes in its provisions in the future, which will immediately be in effect after being posted on this page. The website reserves the right to update or change this privacy policy at any time. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acknowledgement of the modifications and consent to abide by the modified policy.

If you have any questions, please contact the author.
